Privacy Policy

The route check asks about your education, goals, interests, birth year, grades, Korean and English ability, and plans for going to Korea. You can also save schools. If you open the consultation step, it asks for your name, preferred contact channel, phone number, passport status and, where applicable, guardian consent.

• The About inquiry asks for your name, reply contact, inquiry type and message; organization is optional.
• The Partners inquiry asks for partner type, organization, name and role, email and message; phone or Viber is optional. It may also include referral and UTM details from the page link you used.

Route answers are used to show relevant study options in your browser. We use About inquiries to reply to general questions and Partners inquiries to discuss possible partnerships. We use the contact details you submit only to respond to your request and handle the related conversation.

The route check saves your answers, selected schools and any contact details entered there in your browser's session storage so you can resume in the same tab. A saved draft expires after 24 hours; Start over replaces it with a fresh draft.

When you submit a consultation request, Meetta stores your name, contact details, passport status, profile answers, selected fields and selected schools in its database to prepare your consultation. Closing the tab or starting over does not delete a submitted request.

When you submit either inquiry form, our server sends your form details by email to Meetta's configured inbox using Resend, our email delivery provider. The email includes the time of submission and records your privacy consent. Partnership inquiries go to the partnership email workflow, not a student lead queue.

The website does not create a separate inquiry database for these forms. The resulting messages may remain in our inbox and in the email provider's systems while the conversation is handled.

Meetta team members handling your inquiry and the service providers needed to run the website and deliver email may access the information relevant to their work. This website does not send your route-check answers or saved schools to universities or other partners. If you later apply through Meetta, we would ask for your consent before sharing an application file with a school.

Route-check drafts are intended to expire after 24 hours in session storage and are replaced when you start over. About and partnership emails are kept for as long as needed to answer and manage the conversation, subject to any records we must retain. Email delivery and hosting providers may keep operational records under their own policies.

You can leave the route check without submitting an inquiry, start it over, or close the browser tab to end its session. To ask what inquiry details we hold, correct them, withdraw consent for future use or request deletion, email us using the address below. We may need enough information to verify your request and may need to retain some records where required.

If the route check indicates you are under 18, the consultation step asks for guardian consent. Please do not send a minor's personal details in an inquiry without appropriate permission.

Our Facebook and TikTok links lead to services with their own privacy policies. The current website does not run advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Hosting services may process basic technical request logs. If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
