Terms of Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to MEETTA. By downloading, accessing, or using the MEETTA mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. MEETTA provides a matching and consulting platform for Myanmar students seeking university admission, visa processing support, and career opportunities in South Korea.
2. Description of Services
MEETTA provides various service tiers (including Standard AL, Pre-Approved VCL, E-VISA, and Metropolitan Visa tracks) to assist users with:
- •University application and admission processing.
- •Visa application support and documentation guidance (including Bank Statement support).
- •Connecting users with partnered HR agencies in Korea for legal part-time jobs and full-time employment (e.g., Care Worker positions).
3. User Obligations & Document Authenticity
Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including academic records, identity documents, and financial statements.
No Forgery
Submitting forged, altered, or fake documents (especially Bank Statements) is strictly prohibited. MEETTA reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and report to relevant authorities if fraudulent documents are detected.
4. Limitation of Liability & Visa Decisions (Important)
No Visa Guarantee
MEETTA acts as an intermediary and consulting platform. We do NOT issue visas. The final decision to grant or deny a visa (D-2, D-4, E-7, etc.) rests entirely with the South Korean Ministry of Justice and the Korean Embassy. MEETTA is not liable for any visa rejections or delays caused by the authorities or your failure to meet their requirements.
Employment Matching
While MEETTA connects you with HR agencies, final hiring decisions are made by the employers.
5. Payments and Refunds
Fees for MEETTA services (such as Pre-documentation, AL, VCL, E-VISA processing) are outlined in the app. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your application and is subject to our separate Refund Policy. Service fees already paid to third parties (universities, embassies) are strictly non-refundable.
